To clean, we recommend using a soft cloth only - any chemicals or polishing liquids will wear away the plating. Jewellery should be carefully stored in the packaging provided. Always remember: It should be the last thing you put on in the morning, and the first thing you take off in the evening.

As of 05/15/2025 we do not provide cash refunds. For any orders placed before the 05/15/2025 which are subsequently returned we will honour a cash refund. Upon returning your item, you will receive credit to your boohoo account or as a voucher.

Please note, we cannot offer refunds on fashion face masks, cosmetics, pierced jewellery, adult toys and swimwear or lingerie if the hygiene seal is not in place or has been broken.

Items of footwear and/or clothing must be unworn and unwashed with the original labels attached. Also, footwear must be tried on indoors. Items of homeware including bedlinen, mattresses and toppers, and pillows must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
