Wash and dry your hands. Use a lint-free cloth and gentle circular motions to carefully polish the entire watch, including the case and dial. Use the same technique on leather straps and metal bracelets. If possible, clean frequently to remove any dirt or other signs of daily wear. Polishing regularly can maintain your watch’s lustrous finish. We cannot offer refunds on pierced jewellery or on swimwear if the hygiene seal is not in place or has been broken. For hygiene reason, once the seal has been opened on fashion face masks, cosmetics or pierced jewellery, these items can no longer be returned.

Items of footwear and/or clothing must be unworn and unwashed with the original labels attached.
