For powder-coated surfaces, it is often sufficient to use a dry cloth. Avoid soaking the lantern or exposing it to excessive moisture. Do not use abrasive cleaning agents, harsh chemicals, or rough materials, as these can damage the surface coating. We cannot offer refunds on pierced jewellery or on swimwear if the hygiene seal is not in place or has been broken. For hygiene reason, once the seal has been opened on fashion face masks, cosmetics or pierced jewellery, these items can no longer be returned.

Items of footwear and/or clothing must be unworn and unwashed with the original labels attached.
