  Hermes Parcel Shop is a new parcel collection service, with over 4,500 nationwide ParcelShops open from early until late, 7 days a week.

  You can collect your order from your nearest Hermes Parcel Shop. Just bring your collection code and ID with you when collecting your order.

  Your order will be held at the store for 10 days, before being returned back to us at karenmillen. Delivery to your nearest ParcelShops will be between 12:00 and 18:00. You will receive regular SMS messages keeping you up to date on your delivery. A form of identification will need to be produced when collecting the parcel

• Returns Information

  Extended Christmas Returns:

  Any orders made between 11th November - 8th December can be returned until 5th January.

  Please note, we cannot offer refunds on fashion face masks, cosmetics, pierced jewellery, and swimwear or lingerie if the hygiene seal is not in place or has been broken.

  Ireland returns are €3.50 using the returns portal. €3.50 per parcel will be deducted from your refund amount.
