Premier Delivery gives you free delivery across all of our delivery methods for a whole year.

If you purchase Premier Delivery with items already in your basket, you will be able to use it right away. Alternatively, you can purchase Premier Delivery separately and it will be active as soon as you receive the confirmation email. In both cases, you will have 12 months from the date of purchase to utilize your Premier Delivery subscription.

Unlike other retailers, we will not automatically charge you for another year. We will send you an email reminder when your Premier Delivery subscription is close to expiring so it’s up to you whether you continue to enjoy your Premier Delivery benefits for another year.

Karen Millen Premier is available for delivery to Republic of Ireland addresses, postcode restrictions apply if using the UK Next Day delivery. If your postcode is not eligable for Next Day delivery, other delivery options are available. The service in the following areas may take 3 – 5 working days: Channel Islands, Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Shetlands.

you must place your order in accordance with Karen Millen’s Standard. It is your responsibility to select your preferred eligible delivery service. You will be charged standard rate for returns.

Karen Millen reserves the right to alter the delivery service valid in this promotion at any time; in this case you will be offered the delivery service available at that time free of charge.

Karen Millen Premier can be used on either the UK Next Day, UK Standard or Evri options.

You are responsible for using Karen Millen Premier in accordance with the terms and conditions. Any breach will result in termination of your membership and no refund will be given. Karen Millen reserves the right to accept or refuse membership and to change any terms and conditions at its discretion. Karen Millen will inform you of any significant changes to these terms and conditions. All other applicable Karen Millen terms and conditions apply.

Karen Millen will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond Karen Millen’s reasonable control.

We may decide to terminate your Karen Millen Premier account and you will be given a prorated refund based on the number of whole months remaining in your membership. We will not give any refund for termination related to conduct that we determine, in our discretion, violates these terms or any applicable law, involves fraud or misuse, or is harmful to Karen Millen’s interests or another user.
