  Hermes Parcel Shop is a new parcel collection service, with over 4,500 nationwide ParcelShops open from early until late, 7 days a week.

  You can collect your order from your nearest Hermes Parcel Shop. Just bring your collection code and ID with you when collecting your order.

  Your order will be held at the store for 10 days, before being returned back to us at karenmillen. Delivery to your nearest ParcelShops will be between 12:00 and 18:00. You will receive regular SMS messages keeping you up to date on your delivery. A form of identification will need to be produced when collecting the parcel

• Returns info

  Extended returns: Orders placed between 25th October and 8th December can now be returned until the 5th January. Orders placed on or after 8th December have the usual 28 days to return.

  UK returns are £2 using the returns portal. £2 per parcel will be deducted from your refund amount. Returns are FREE for Karen Millen PREMIER customers.

  Please note, we cannot offer refunds on fashion face masks, cosmetics, pierced jewellery, and swimwear or lingerie if the hygiene seal is not in place or has been broken.
