Always use a pillow protector to protect from accidental spills and stains. Shake and plump your pillows every morning. Wash at 30°C, every 6-12 months. Tumble-dry until completely dry to avoid clumping. We always recommend a professional wash and dry for pillows.

We cannot offer refunds on pierced jewellery or on swimwear if the hygiene seal is not in place or has been broken. For hygiene reason, once the seal has been opened on fashion face masks, cosmetics or pierced jewellery, these items can no longer be returned.

Items of footwear and/or clothing must be unworn and unwashed with the original labels attached.
