How Does Tiering Work?
Each purchase made on karenmillen.com provides points, with one point provided per £1 spent. The more points that you receive, the higher you will then tier – from Bronze to Silver, Gold, and finally platinum.
Why Has My Score Or Tier Gone Down?
Points are made against purchases, so if choosing to refund an item bought from karenmillen.com, points to the amount of the purchase price will automatically be deducted. Alternatively, after a year of membership you will move down a tier, providing you a fresh opportunity to discover different benefits and possibility of the next tier once again.
How Do I know I've Won a Competition?

How Soon After winning Can I Enter a Competition Again?
