Why Are We Doing This?

At Karen Millen, our customer is always at the centre of what we do. Bringing beautiful product and campaigns is the start of this, but KM Insiders presents the chance to say thank you, giving an extra special treatment to those who support the brand the most.

How Does Tiering Work?

Each purchase made on provides points, with one point provided per £1 spent. The more points that you receive, the higher you will then tier – from Bronze to Silver, Gold, and finally platinum.

Why Has My Score Or Tier Gone Down?

Points are made against purchases, so if choosing to refund an item bought from, points to the amount of the purchase price will automatically be deducted. Alternatively, after a year of membership you will move down a tier, providing you a fresh opportunity to discover different benefits and possibility of the next tier once again.

How Do I know I've Won a Competition?

Competition winners will be contacted directly by our loyalty team on [email protected], so be sure to add this to your safe senders list.

How Soon After winning Can I Enter a Competition Again?

There are no restrictions on entering competitions, you can enter as many as you would like.

What Do I Do If My Details Have Changed?

Make sure to update your details through the Karen Millen website. Log into your account to see your details, and ensure your date of birth and address is up to date.
