If your Osprey London product does become wet, blot the excess moisture with a soft, light-coloured cloth; stuff it with tissue paper; and leave to dry naturally. Don't overfill your Osprey London product to help it retain its shape.

You've got 21 days to send something back to us from the day you receive it. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns after this time.

We cannot offer refunds on pierced jewellery or on swimwear if the hygiene seal is not in place or has been broken. For hygiene reason, once the seal has been opened on fashion face masks, cosmetics or pierced jewellery, these items can no longer be returned.

Items of footwear and/or clothing must be unworn and unwashed with the original labels attached.
