Designed to be effortless, the tilt-head style mixer allows you to quickly install or remove accessories. Press the release button and then tilt the head back to add or take off the paddle, flex edge beater, whisk or dough hook. If you’re making a quick little dessert or a large meal, this size mixer is ideal. Big or smaller batches can be accommodated in the 4.8 L bowl. To give you an idea, you can process up to 1 kg of all-purpose flour. Plus, as you get more with the mixer 5KSM175PS, there’s an additional 3 L bowl too. This means you can switch between recipe steps and keep creating without having to stop and wash up. The mixer comes with a flex edge beater that scrapes the bowl while mixing, in a kind of spatula effect. So, everything is mixed really thoroughly, even on sticky mixtures.
