Always put your Karen Millen jewellery on as a finishing touch after any perfumes or sprays. Keep away from water, sun cream, lotions, hand sanitiser, and other chemicals such as chlorine. To clean, we recommend using a soft cloth only - any chemicals or polishing liquids will wear away the plating. Jewellery should be carefully stored in the packaging provided. Always remember: It should be the last thing you put on in the morning, and the first thing you take off in the evening.

You've got 28 days to send something back to us from the day you receive it. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns after this time.

We cannot offer refunds on pierced jewellery or on swimwear if the hygiene seal is not in place or has been broken. For hygiene reason, once the seal has been opened on fashion face masks, cosmetics or pierced jewellery, these items can no longer be returned.

Items of footwear and/or clothing must be unworn and unwashed with the original labels attached.
