Non-greasy stains can be treated by gently dabbing with a lint-free cloth or sponge lightly moistened with warm water, working from the outer edge toward the center to avoid marks. For greasy stains, use a suitable cleaning agent or solvent, testing it first on an inconspicuous area. Ensure the fabric is completely dry before reuse. To prevent damage, keep sharp or pointed objects away from the surface, and avoid pulling or cutting any loose threads—these should be carefully pushed back into the fabric. We cannot offer refunds on pierced jewellery or on swimwear if the hygiene seal is not in place or has been broken. For hygiene reason, once the seal has been opened on fashion face masks, cosmetics or pierced jewellery, these items can no longer be returned.

Items of footwear and/or clothing must be unworn and unwashed with the original labels attached.
