  Sunglasses should be cleaned with a soft cloth to prevent scratching and preferably one specifically designed for cleaning lenses. Avoid leaving sunglasses in direct sunlight such as the dashboard of a car – the intense heat will damage the lenses, distort the plastic and cause the metal to expand. Wearing sunglasses on top of the head may also distort the frame shape. Store in the case provided.

  You can collect your order from your nearest Hermes Parcel Shop. Just bring your collection code and ID with you when collecting your order.

  Your order will be held at the store for 10 days, before being returned back to us at karenmillen. Delivery to your nearest ParcelShops will be between 12:00 and 18:00. You will receive regular SMS messages keeping you up to date on your delivery. A form of identification will need to be produced when collecting the parcel

  Any orders made between 11th November - 8th December can be returned until 5th January.
