How to have your item personalised:
Inicio will need to know the information you would like added to your gift. Please follow the steps below to have your item personalised.
1. Place your order as normal.
2. Once your order has been placed, please send an email to jrpersonalised@jonrichard.com with the information you’d like added and your order number. This information is necessary for your order to be processed.
Please note: Personalisation is limited to a maximum of 4 characters.
Please check the spelling of your item carefully before sending.
This item is made to your specification and is therefore excluded from our usual returns policy. Find out more. This does not affect your statutory rights.

You've got 28 days to send something back to us from the day you receive it. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns after this time.

We cannot offer refunds on pierced jewellery or on swimwear if the hygiene seal is not in place or has been broken. For hygiene reason, once the seal has been opened on fashion face masks, cosmetics or pierced jewellery, these items can no longer be returned.

Items of footwear and/or clothing must be unworn and unwashed with the original labels attached.
