This Eye & Brow Palette provides a professional finish with everything you need to shape, define and highlight brows and eyes. The kit contains a highlighter shade, two brow powders, a carbon-black brow definer, setting wax and a multi-purpose applicator. Powders are enriched with silicon and include vitamins C and E for a silky, easy-to-blend texture. Use powders to build a soft or natural brow, apply wax to set or mix with powders for a creamier, more defined finish. The carbon-black definer also works to accentuate the eyes.
