Care instructions: Surface blemishes may be removed by using a damp cloth or sponge and warm or cool water NEVER HOT. Marks or stains can be removed by rubbing gently with a cloth soaked in, a small amount if dry cleaning fluid. Dry in the shade, indoors or in the dryer on no heat. Please be aware that slight dye transfer may occur with dark colour sheepskin. This is not a manufacturing or material defect. Special care should be taken while wearing dark colour boots, keeping the boots away from the light colour fabrics or household furnishings.

You've got 28 days to send something back to us from the day you receive it. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns after this time.

We cannot offer refunds on pierced jewellery or on swimwear if the hygiene seal is not in place or has been broken. For hygiene reason, once the seal has been opened on fashion face masks, cosmetics or pierced jewellery, these items can no longer be returned.

Items of footwear and/or clothing must be unworn and unwashed with the original labels attached.
