Bioglan Beauty Collagen powder is a high-strength marine collagen supplement formulated to support the appearance of healthy-looking hair, skin and nails. Each 5 g serve provides approximately 4890 mg hydrolysed marine collagen and 10 mg hyaluronic acid, plus vitamins and minerals including Vitamin A (380 µg), Vitamin C (24 mg), Biotin (50 µg) and Selenium (16.5 µg). Biotin and selenium contribute to the maintenance of normal hair and nails. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin. The powder is virtually tasteless and dissolves completely in water, smoothies, shakes or soups for easy daily use. Directions: Dissolve 1 scoop (5 g) in warm water or your favourite drink.
