Each daily serve (2 effervescent tablets) provides 1000 mg marine collagen, 12 mg vitamin C (15% NRV), 8 µg biotin (15% NRV) and 8.5 µg selenium (15% NRV). Contains Type I collagen. Directions: dissolve 1 tablet twice daily in a glass of cold water for a pleasant berry flavoured drink. Ingredients include citric acid, sodium hydrogen carbonate, hydrolysed fish collagen, isomalt, maltodextrin, beetroot colour, strawberry & raspberry flavourings, sucralose, polyethylene glycol, L-ascorbic acid, sodium selenite and D-biotin.
