The formula includes protease, cellulase and amylase to help break down gluten and other food components, plus Lactobacillus acidophilus and Lactobacillus brevis (2 billion live bacteria) to support gut microflora. The enzymes are formulated to remain acid-stable across a wide stomach pH range. A moisture-absorbing "molecular sieve" keeps the bacteria stable for longer.
