Returning your items couldn’t be easier.
RETURNS MADE EASY
If you change your mind you can return full price and sale item(s) ordered online, back to the Australian distribution centre within 14 days from the purchase date shown on your receipt for a full refund.
For your convenience return slips are provided with every online purchase. Please note that shipping from New Zealand is arranged and paid for by you, the customer, except in the case of faulty goods.
If you change your mind, we’ll gladly offer you a refund for full price or sale item(s), purchased online if they are returned within this time period and with a return slip; in the condition they were sold; unworn and including tags and labels. This does not affect your consumer rights.
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on sale purchases for change of mind or for damage of goods due to not following the care instructions.
Swimwear may be returned for change of mind if the protective hygiene strip remains in place and has not been removed or altered, or the item otherwise shows signs of wear.
If the item was purchased with a credit or EFTPOS card, the refund will be credited to the original card used. Items purchased with a rebate voucher can be returned and the rebate voucher will be reissued.
Our change of mind policy does not apply to lingerie, earrings, headwear and cosmetics due to hygiene reasons.
Repairs, exchanges or refunds will be offered for faulty product including manufacturing faults, unless item was purchased knowing a fault was present. This does not affect your consumer rights.
RETURNING TO STORE
Full price purchases can be returned or exchanged in Karen Millen boutiques. Please note that this service is not available at Karen Millen Myer Concessions or on sale merchandise.
Simply take your item to your preferred boutique in its original condition, within 14 days of the dispatch date for a refund.
Please make sure you take your order confirmation (emailed to you after you place your order) with you as a receipt.
The items must be in their original condition, unworn and original tag must remain attached to the garment for the return to be accepted.
IN STORE PURCHASES
Purchases made in our standalone stores can only be returned for change of mind in our stand-alone stores excluding outlet locations.
Concessions will accept returns under their own department store policy. Items must be returned to the store of purchase and not to a Karen Millen standalone store or online distribution centre.
DO YOU EXCHANGE ITEMS?
Unfortunately, we cannot currently exchange an item bought online for an alternative size or item. If you need another size, we'll process a full refund so you can place a new order.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Fill in your return slip, clearly stating your order number and reason for return and enclose in the parcel with your item(s).
Once you have completed the above, simply take your parcel to your local post office and send back to the address provided.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Returns may take up to 2-7 business days to reach us. Once received, we will process your request within 3-5 business days. Please note, depending on your payment method, card refunds may take up to 3-5 working days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately, we are unable to influence this.
You will receive an email from us confirming that we’ve processed your return.
Proof of purchase should be retained until your refund has been processed.
