STEP 2
**Register to rent**
Before renting anything from Karen Millen Rotates you will need to register and verify your identity to place any orders. If buying, there's also the option to checkout as a guest.
STEP 3
**Wear, return, repeat**
You can rent a piece from four to fourteen days. Once you've finished with your piece, send it back with the pre-paid DPD return label - there's no need to dry clean or iron before returning. If you'd like to keep anything, contact [email protected] to buy your rental.

What happens if my piece doesn't fit?
You have 24 hours to try on your rental. If for any reason it does not fit, please email [email protected] to request an exchange or refund. Refunds (minus shipping costs and a £5 restock fee per item) will be issued only if the security ribbon and tag remain attached.
Can I keep my rental?
If you love your rental, you'll fortunately be able to purchase it. Simply email [email protected] and your rental fee will be applied towards the buy price of the item.
When do I need to return my item?
Make sure to return your item on the last day of your rental period – try to be conscious by using the same packaging which the rental came in, however this isn't compulsory. Use the prepaid DPD return label, and drop at your nearest DPD drop-off point.
What if my return is late?
Any late items will be subject to a £50 charge per day, up to the purchase price of the piece.
