You can collect your order from your nearest Hermes Parcel Shop. Just bring your collection code and ID with you when collecting your order.
Your order will be held at the store for 10 days, before being returned back to us at karenmillen. Delivery to your nearest ParcelShops will be between 12:00 and 18:00. You will receive regular SMS messages keeping you up to date on your delivery. A form of identification will need to be produced when collecting the parcel
