Returns

Returning your items couldn’t be easier with our range of returns options, all of which are free.

There are five ways to make a return and all of them are free. You have 30 days to notify us that you’d like to make a return once you’ve received your order. All returns will be inspected. Anything that’s damaged, stained or worn might be sent back to you. We can’t accept any swimwear if the hygiene wrapper has been removed, or any earrings (for hygiene reasons).

Returning to Store

You can make returns at any standalone Karen Millen store with a filled-out returns form; as long as it’s in the same country you made the purchase. Unfortunately, our concession or outlet stores won’t be able to accept your return. Your refund will processed immediately.

Returning by Hermes

You can return your order 6 days a week with Hermes Collection. Just book a collection date up to 7 days in advance, print a label from the Hermes website or simply complete your returns note, attach the myHermes label securely to your parcel and take it to your local Hermes ParcelShop where it will be scanned to be returned to us.

Returning by Royal Mail

There will be a pre-paid Royal Mail label on your returns form, which you can use to return your purchase back to us for free via any post office.

Returning by Collect+

There'll be a Collect + label on your returns form, remove this and stick it on your parcel and take it to the nearest Collect + drop point. Find your nearest drop point by texting ‘COLLECT’ and your postcode to 84555* or visit www.collectplus.co.uk/karenmillen. Your refund can take up to 6 working days to be processed.

Returning by Doddle

Take the items you’d like to return with the packaging to your local Doddle store where they will print a label and pack it up for you. Find your nearest Doddle store here: www.doddle.com/locations. Your refund will be processed within 7 working days.

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt to standalone stores only. You are unable to return items to a Karen Millen concession in a department store or to outlet stores.
  • Your refund will be processed immediately. Please note it may take another 2-5 working days for the funds to appear in your account from the moment your return has been processed.
  • If you have paid by Gift Card or e-voucher you will receive an email with a new e-voucher within 7-10 days.
  • Please ensure your items are returned new, unused and with the labels still attached.

Return with Hermes with home collection

Changed your mind? You can return your order from the comfort of your sofa, 6 days a week with Hermes Collection. Just book a collection date up to 7 days in advance, print a label from the Hermes website, put your feet up and relax.

Return with Hermes to your local store

With over 4,500 myHermes ParcelShops in local newsagents and convenience stores across the UK, returning your parcel couldn’t be easier. Plus, they’re open late, 7 days a week too!
Simply complete your returns note, attach the Hermes label securely to your parcel and take it to your local Hermes ParcelShop where it will be scanned to be returned to us.

  • Affix the Freepost label provided with your parcel
  • Complete and enclose the Returns form
  • Drop off at any Post Office at your convenience
  • Proof of postage should be retained until your refund has been processed
  • Please ensure your items are returned new, unused and with the labels still attached
  • Your refund will be processed within 6 working days (up to 8 working days during sale periods). Please note it may take another 2-5 working days for the funds to appear in your account from the moment your return has been processed in our warehouse.
  • When we receive your order we will send an email confirming the refund has been successful. If you have paid by Gift Card or e-voucher you will receive an email with a new e-voucher within 7-10 days.

  • You can return from any of the 51 Doddle stores across the country, all conveniently located near train stations and open 7 days a week. Find your nearest store by visiting www.doddle.com/locations
  • Complete the returns form and place it in the parcel with your item(s). Then take the unsealed parcel to your local Doddle store, where they will print a label and pack it up for you. You’ll receive a receipt with a tracking reference to check the progress of your return. Click here to track your Doddle return.
  • Once dropped off at a Doddle Store your refund will be processed within 5 working days (up to 7 working days during sale periods)*
  • Proof of purchase should be retained until your refund has been processed
  • When we receive your order we will send an email confirming the refund has been successful and your card will be credited. If you have paid by Gift Card or e-voucher you will receive an email with a new e-voucher within 7-10 days
  • Please ensure your items are returned new, unused and with the labels still attached
