We've made returning your order easy with our range of tracked returns options, all of which are free.


You have 30 days to notify us that you’d like to make a return once you’ve received your order.

Unfortunately, we can’t currently exchange an item bought online for an alternative size or item. If you need another size, we’ll process a full refund so you can place a new order.
We only offer exchanges for items bought in our standalone and outlet stores, within 30 days with proof of purchase.

All returns will be inspected. Anything that’s damaged, stained or worn might be sent back to you. Please ensure your items are returned new, unused and with labels still attached.
We can’t accept any swimwear if the hygiene wrapper has been removed, or any earrings (for hygiene reasons).

It can take up to 5 working days for your returned item(s) to reach us and a further 5 working days for us to process it. Please note, depending on your payment method, it may take 3-5 working days for the funds to appear in your account.

If you've paid by gift card or e-voucher we'll email you with a replacement e-voucher.

Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt to standalone and outlet stores only.
We currently only offer refunds, and not exchanges, for items purchased online and returned to store, however we're happy to process a new purchase for you.
We only offer exchanges for items bought in our standalone and outlet stores, within 30 days with proof of purchase. Items purchased in our standalone or outlet stores must be returned to a standalone or outlet stores in the same country that they were purchased in.

Our department-store concessions won't be able to accept returns bought online or from any standalone or outlet stores. Concessions will only accept returns under their own host policy.

Return with Hermes home collection

You can return your order from the comfort of your home, 6 days a week, with Hermes collection. Just book a collection date up to 7 days in advance and print a label from the Hermes website.

Please note you can only book a Hermes home collection if your order was delivered via Hermes (you will need your parcel barcode when booking).

Hermes ParcelShop

There are over 4,500 myHermes ParcelShops in local newsagents and convenience stores across the UK, and they're open late, 7 days a week.
Simply complete your returns note, attach the Hermes label securely to your parcel and take it to your local Hermes ParcelShop, where it'll be scanned and returned to us.

To return your order via Royal Mail please complete and enclose the returns form, attach the freepost label to your parcel, ensuring you cover the original delivery label, and take it to your nearest post office.

Be sure to request a receipt as your proof of postage so you can track your return until it reaches its destination. Your tracking number is between 9 and 27 characters long.

There are over 4,500 Collect+ drop points in the UK and Northern Ireland. Find your nearest by texting ‘COLLECT’ and your postcode to 84555*, or check online.
To return your order please complete and enclose the returns form, attach the label provided to your parcel, ensuring you cover the original delivery label but don't worry if you haven't, you can create a new label online and print it at your convenience. You can also track your parcel online.

You can return to any of the 51 Doddle stores across the UK, all conveniently located near train stations and open 7 days a week. Find your nearest Doddle store.
Complete the returns form and place it in the parcel with your item(s). Take the unsealed parcel to your local Doddle store, where they'll print a label and pack it up for you. You’ll receive a receipt with a tracking reference to check the progress of your return. You can also track your Doddle return online.
