Returns

Returning your items couldn’t be easier with our range of returns options, all of which are free.

If you are unhappy with any of your item(s) purchased online, you can return them free of charge.

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item(s) to return your item(s) using the return form provided with your order. We currently do not offer any exchange service, however you can return your item(s) and place a new order. This applies to both full price and sale items, only purchased on karenmillen.com.

All returns will be inspected. Anything that’s damaged, stained or worn might be sent back to you. We can’t accept any swimwear if the hygiene wrapper has been removed, or any earrings (for hygiene reasons).

It can take up to 7 working days for your returned item(s) to reach us and a further 5 working days for us to process it. Please note, depending on your payment method, it may take 3-5 working days for the funds to appear in your account.

    Complete and enclose the Returns form, provided with your order.

    We are happy to inform you that returns are free of charge. In order for us to arrange a return collection, please contact us filling the form with the following details: collection request date (please advise us a minimum of 2 days ahead), order number, pick-up address, post code, city, telephone number, number of parcels, items per parcel.

    Proof of postage should be retained until your refund has been processed.

    Please ensure your items are returned new, unused and with the labels still attached. When we receive your order we will send an email confirming the refund has been successful and your original payment method will be credited.

    We are unable to accept and process any returns sent to any different address from the above. For more information please read our FAQ.

    We are sorry but we currently do not offer this service. Concession and outlet stores will not be able to accept and process any online returns. We apologiese for any confusion.
