If you order by 3pm, Monday to Friday and select Next Day Delivery, you will receive your goods the next day. Next Day Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday and before midday on a Sunday will be delivered on Monday. We also offer a Same Day Service if you require your delivery quickly. Any orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be delivered 2 working days later. Your order will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight. Unfortunately this service is not available on a Bank Holiday. A signature will be required on receipt. - HOW LONG DOES STANDARD DELIVERY TO THE UK TAKE?
Please allow up to 5 working days for free Standard Delivery (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) from the time you place your order. This service is free when you spend over £100.
- ARE THERE ANY PLACES WHERE DELIVERY MIGHT TAKE LONGER?
There are a small number of postcodes, usually in remote rural areas, where we cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescale. Delivery to European addresses may take 7 days.
- WHAT IF I'M NOT IN WHEN YOU DELIVER?
Your order will be delivered anytime between 8am and 9pm depending on the delivery option you have chosen, and a signature will be required on receipt. - HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will be able to track your order within 24 hours of the order despatch email being sent to you.
- WHAT IS SHIP FROM STORE?
We understand your time is precious so to make finding your Karen Millen items easier we've developed the ship from store concept as part of the Karen Millen Concierge Service. This means that we will always do our best to find your special Karen Millen item for you no matter where it is. We will send you your order within 5 – 7 working days. A Delivery Dispatch email will be sent to you which will include the order tracking. If the item cannot be located in a store you will receive a cancellation notification within 24 hrs and you will not be charged for this item. This service gives you a wider and more convenient access to our range. Only available in the UK. This option is not available for Ireland, Europe and ROW.
- What should I do if I no longer want the goods I ordered?
If, on receiving your order, you decide you do not wish to keep the goods, you can return any item you are not completely happy with within 14 days of the dispatch date for a full refund. PLEASE NOTE: Returns will only be accepted if the original tag remains attached. On receipt of the returned item, and in accordance with our refund policy, we will refund the payment card the price paid for the item. You will receive an email confirming that the refund has been actioned and your card credited.
- How do I return an order?
UK RETURNS
UK deliveries can be returned to any Karen Millen store. Unfortunately this service is not available at Karen Millen concessions in department stores or factory outlet stores. Please see Postal returns for details of how to return items purchased in department stores. For details of your nearest Karen Millen store click here.
Please make sure you take the despatch note (enclosed in your parcel) with you as a receipt. The original tag must remain attached to the garment for the return to be accepted. You will be asked the reason for the return and whether you wish to exchange the product or obtain a refund.
Alternatively, post the item back to us using the freepost label that came with your parcel.
Please ensure you complete the returns note and enclose it with your parcel.

Choose from Collect+ parcel drop points in over 4,500 stores across UK and Northern Ireland, most of which are open early til late, 7 days a week, so you can return your items at a time and a place that suits you.
Complete the returns label and attach it to your parcel. Take your parcel to any of the 4,500 stores offering Collect+. You'll receive proof of postage and a code to track your return online.

- What should I do if I have received the wrong item, or the item is faulty?
In either event, please return the relevant item to us for a full refund. On receipt of the returned item, we will refund the payment card the price paid for the item.
- What should I do if you have not sent me one of the items I ordered?
In this event an item may be sent from one of our stores as part of our Concierge Service, however we will always notify you of this. Please contact our customer service team at enquiries@karenmillen.co.uk for further information regarding your order.
- How do I return an item I paid for using Paypal?
You can now return your online PayPal purchases to our standalone Karen Millen stores. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns in our Karen Millen concessions or outlets. UK orders please use the free returns label and return by post, orders from Europe and the US must be returned postage paid to the address on the returns note in your parcel.
- Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we now offer gift cards to our customers in the United kingdom & Republic Of Ireland, which can be purchased online & in our standalone stores up to the value of £500. Gift cards can be used online, in standalone stores & our outlets. At this time our gift cards cannot be used in concessions.
- Where can I buy gift cards?
Gift cards can be purchased online or instore, to buy online click here, or find your nearest store here.
- How do I use my gift card?
To spend your gift card online, add items to your basket as normal & once at the checkout page you will be given a number of options to pay, please select pay by gift card. You will then be asked to enter the number from the gift card & it's PIN number.
To spend your gift card instore, simply provide a member of staff with the gift card at the till point & the amount of your purchase will be deducted from the card. We will then issue you with a receipt totalling the amount remaining on the card.
- Mobile Gift Vouchers
We also offer gift vouchers which can be sent to the recipient's mobile phone. These are valid in the UK and can be purchased here.
- What is the KM Card?

APR: Representative 28.9% APR variable
OTHER INTEREST RATES:
Promotional Rates – 0% per annum on all purchases of £199 or more for the first six months after the statement date upon which the purchase is first shown. Thereafter and for purchase which do not qualify for the Annual Interest rate will be 25.7%.
INTEREST FREE PERIOD:
Purchases – up to 56 days on purchases if your balance is paid off by the 'payment to reach us date'. We will charge interest from the date of the purchase until the date that the outstanding balance is repaid in full. Promotional period – six months on all purchases of £199 or more. If the full balance is not cleared within any applicable Promotional period, interest is charged on the outstanding balance at the annual rate shown. Interest is not backdated , it is only charged from the day after the expiry date of any Promotional Period.
ALLOCATION OF PAYMENTS:
Any payment that you make which is insufficient to repay the full balance on your account will be applied to cover any insurance premium due as a priority. Payment will then be allocated to pay any higher interest rate balances off first, before any lower interest rates. When payments are allocated to each different balance they will be applied in the following order, default fees and charges, interest and then purchases.
MINIMUM PAYMENT:
Every month you must pay at least the minimum amount set out on your statement. This will be either 3.65% of the total amount charged to your Karen Millen Card, or £3.65, whichever is the larger. Any default fees you may have been charged may also be included if you opened your account on or after 1st January 2011.

- How do I pay instore with Paypal?
We have now added PayPal to our instore shopping service, helping you to shop with ease. Whilst instore you can choose to pay using PayPal* by following these simple steps:
Download/launch the PayPal instore app
Select the Pay inStore option
A barcode will appear on the app that you will present to the sales assistant
The sales assistant will enter the items you have purchased & process the transaction
The purchase will then be displayed in the 'Transactions' section of the app and you'll also receive your PayPal email confirmation as usual.
*Paypal can only be used instore/online with a valid PayPal account.
Unfortunately PayPal is not available to use as a method of payment in concession stores.
If you wish to return your purchase to us, having used PayPal as a payment method, you can receive your refund by following these simple refund steps:
Download/launch the PayPal app
Select the Refunds option & then tap the + icon on the screen
Choose Karen Millen from your transactions list
