RETURN TO STORE (UK mainland only)
UK deliveries can be returned to any Karen Millen store. Unfortunately this service is not available at Karen Millen concessions in department stores or factory outlet stores. Please make sure you take the despatch note (enclosed in your parcel) with you as a receipt. The original tag must remain attached to the garment for the return to be accepted. You will be asked the reason for the return and whether you wish to exchange the product or obtain a refund.
Store refund and exchange policy for sale items
If you wish to return an item that was purchased at Sale price, we offer an exchange or credit note to the value of the sale item within 14 days of the original purchase. This policy is not applicable to web or mail order sale purchases.
