Our roles explained

Our Store and Assistant Managers are responsible for:

  • Maximising sales and profit, and delivering against targets
  • Ensuring that sales and service performance is monitored through KPIs
  • Maintaining visual merchandising standards
  • Recruiting, training, coaching and developing team members
  • Leading, motivating & inspiring team members to deliver excellent customer service
  • Managing the store operations

Our Supervisors are responsible for:

  • Leading and managing the store team, supporting the management team
  • Implementing commercial decisions set out by the management team
  • Monitoring and driving store teams to reach targets, as well as achieving their own
  • Maintaining high visual merchandising and store standards
  • Assisting management in training and developing team members

Our in-store Stylists are responsible for:

  • Constantly delivering fun, informed and indulgent service to clients
  • Achieving store targets (eg: sales and account cards)
  • Living the Brand Values
  • Demonstrating professional and effective communication with team members and clients
  • Ensuring the product is displayed at its best
