You can return your items free of charge, just fill in the relevant information on your returns note and enclose it with your items. If you choose to return your items you must return full price items within 30 days of their receipt and sale items within 14 days of their receipt. Please make sure that all items are returned in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed with all labels, including hygiene labels intact. We regret to inform you that we are unable to refund earrings. Unfortunately we cannot accept website purchase returns to our stores.
