Shipping options

STANDARD DELIVERY (UK)

Standard delivery to the UK is free of charge.

Please expect your delivery within 2 to 3 days (excluding Sundays). Signatures are not required for the standard delivery option and you can specify an alternative delivery address to your billing address.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY (UK)

For next day delivery, Monday to Thursday, orders must be placed before 3pm. Orders placed after 3pm will take an additional day to be dispatched. PLEASE NOTE – If you are placing an order on a Friday before 3pm and require next day delivery, please select ‘Saturday Delivery.’ Unfortunately we cannot offer Sunday delivery. Orders placed between 3pm on Friday and 3pm on Monday will be delivered on the following Tuesday. Signatures are required for the next day delivery option and you can specify an alternative delivery address to your billing address. Please accept our apologies, but this service is not available in Ireland or the Republic of Ireland.

SATURDAY DELIVERY (UK)

For Saturday delivery, orders must be placed before 1pm Friday. Orders placed after 1pm Friday will not be delivered until the following Saturday.

PLEASE NOTE - We do not offer Sunday delivery. Orders placed between 1pm on Friday and 1pm on Monday please expect delivery on the following Tuesday. Signatures are required for the Saturday delivery option and you can specify an alternative delivery address to your billing address. Please accept our apologies, but this service is not available in the Republic of Ireland.

IRELAND DELIVERY 

Delivery to Ireland is free of charge. 

Please expect your delivery within 5 working days.

Signatures are not required for the standard delivery option and you can specify an alternative delivery address to your billing address.

Please accept our apologies, but we are unable to accept returns from Ireland to our stores. You must return by post to the address specified on the delivery note.

US DELIVERY

Delivery to the US costs $10.

 

Delivery times from the UK will be around 7 to 10 days subject to customs clearance.

Please make sure you leave your telephone number when ordering.

Signatures are required on all deliveries.

Unfortunately we do not currently offer an Express Delivery option on transatlantic deliveries.

Returns must be sent back to the UK. Please clearly mark the outside of the parcel with “returned goods relief”. Please note that orders from the US can only be returned to US stores for exchange. Click here to find your nearest store

Online shopping

How do I shop online?

Simply select which items you want from this website, choose your preferred colour and size, then add them to your shopping basket. When you have finished shopping, follow the checkout procedure.

How will I know which size to opt for?

Please use our Size Guide to determine your Karen Millen size.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Domestic Maestro/Solo, Visa Electron, Maestro, JCB and Visa Delta.

How will I know that you have received my order?

When you place your order we will email you an acknowledgement containing your order number and details of the goods ordered. Please note, this is not confirmation that your purchase has been processed. Once your goods have been dispatched to you, your card will be charged and we will then email you an order despatch detailing your products. This is confirmation that your order has been processed.

Can I change my order after I’ve made it?

Because we start to process your order as soon as we can after we receive it, we cannot cancel or change it. However, if you change your mind after we accept your offer you can return any goods to us for a full refund (please see Refunds & Returns, below).

 

What should I do if I notice my personal details are incorrect after I have completed the ordering process?

What happens if an item I order is not available?

In this event, you will be informed in the order despatch email that we are unable to ship that item. You will not be charged for that item. We will continue to ship any remaining items that you have ordered.

If I have previously purchased from the Karen Millen website but have forgotten my password, what should I do the next time I want to purchase online?

Simply go to My Account and then click the Forgotten Password link. You will then be emailed details to obtain a new password.

If I have previously purchased from the Karen Millen website and wish to purchase again but need to change my address or other details, what should I do?

Please go to My Account to change your details.

Can I order from karenmillen.com and collect from a store?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer this service.

Delivery

Can you deliver to a different address than my billing address?

Yes, you can specify your preferred delivery address when you place your order.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to most postal areas in the UK and Europe, excluding BFPO addresses. Delivery of certain products to the Channel Islands, Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man may not always be possible. We also reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure; for example, to a communal postal address or PO Box. If this affects your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

We also deliver to Europe, and the US.

Are there any places where delivery might take longer?

There are a small number of postcodes in the UK, usually in remote rural areas, where we cannot guarantee delivery within our usual time scale. Delivery to European addresses may take 7 days.

 

What if I'm not in when you deliver?

Deliveries in the UK are usually made Monday to Friday between 9am and 5.30pm. If you or the intended recipient is not available, each time a delivery is attempted our courier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. Simply follow the instructions on this card to rearrange delivery.

How can I track my order?

You should be able to track your order within 24 hours of the order despatch email being sent to you.

Refunds and returns

What should I do if I no longer want the goods I ordered?

If, on receiving your order, you decide you do not wish to keep the goods, you can return any item you are not completely happy with within 14 days of the dispatch date for a full refund. On receipt of the returned item, and in accordance with our refund policy, we will refund the payment card the price paid for the item. You will receive an email confirming that the refund has been actioned and your card credited. Please see Terms and Conditions for full details, and see the final FAQ in this section for details of how to return your order.

What should I do if I have received the wrong item, or the item is faulty?

In either event, please return the relevant item to us for a full refund. On receipt of the returned item, we will refund the payment card the price paid for the item. What should I do if you have not sent me one of the items I ordered?

Can I return an item to a Karen Millen store?

UK deliveries can be returned to any Karen Millen store. Unfortunately this service is not available at Karen Millen concessions in department stores or factory outlet stores, or for orders from Europe or Eire. What is the procedure for returning an item to Karen Millen (UK ORDERS)?

There are two options. You can either post the item back to us using the freepost label that came with your parcel (please ensure you get proof of postage when you return the item to us). Alternatively, you can return it in person to any Karen Millen store (excluding concessions and factory outlets). Please make sure you take the despatch note (enclosed in your parcel) with you as a receipt. You will be asked the reason for the return and whether you wish to exchange the product or obtain a refund.

What is the procedure for returning an item to Karen Millen (US ORDERS)?

US deliveries can be returned to any Karen Millen store for exchange. Please use the store finder to find your nearest store. Refunds can only be obtained by posting the item back to the UK. Please clearly mark the outside of the parcel with “returned goods relief”
