Snakes Alive
Divine snakeskin sandal with so much more going on, bright orange red chunky heel, platform sole and thin criss-cross straps. So adorable that despite the fact that my slightly deformed left foot was wasn't comfortable (due to my years of dancing) I spent ages trying to convince myself otherwise. I was almost weeping with disappointment at having to leave the shop without these beautiful shoes. Particularly as I have the bag and belt to match. Maybe I could have foot-surgery?

What a great pair of shoes. I would love a pair of Louboutins with the red soles but my bank balance won't stretch to that so when I saw these in the sale, I just had to have a pair. The size six fits just fine, I often need to go up a size or half. For the moment they feel very comfortable but I will see as I stagger around Goodwood Races in them next month. Might try to wear them in with a pair of socks at home first. The red heal is more of a dark orange (not coral though) which I prefer. The snakeskin is more black and white than tan colours. Matching a dress has been a challenge.
