Refund Policy
What should I do if I no longer want the goods I ordered?
If, on receiving your order, you decide you do not wish to keep the goods, you can return any item you are not completely happy with within 14 days of the dispatch date for a full refund. PLEASE NOTE: Returns will only be accepted if the original tag remains attached. On receipt of the returned item, and in accordance with our refund policy, we will refund the payment card the price paid for the item. You will receive an email confirming that the refund has been actioned and your card credited. Please see Terms and Conditions for full details.
What should I do if I have received the wrong item, or the item is faulty?
In either event, please return the relevant item to us for a full refund. On receipt of the returned item, we will refund the payment card the price paid for the item. Please see Terms and Conditions for full details.
What should I do if you have not sent me one of the items I ordered?
In this event, please contact our customer service team from 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays) at enquiries@karenmillen.co.uk or on 0845 899 4449.
Paypal returns
Please note, orders paid for using Paypal cannot be returned to stores. UK orders please use the free returns label and return by post, orders from Europe and the US must be returned postage paid to the address on the returns note in your parcel.

Returns to store (UK only)
UK deliveries can be returned to any Karen Millen store. Unfortunately this service is not available at Karen Millen concessions in department stores or factory outlet stores. Please see Postal returns for details of how to return items purchased in department stores. For details of your nearest Karen Millen stores click here.
Please make sure you take the despatch note (enclosed in your parcel) with you as a receipt. The original tag must remain attached to the garment for the return to be accepted. You will be asked the reason for the return and whether you wish to exchange the product or obtain a refund.
Alternatively, post the item back to us using the freepost label that came with your parcel.
Please ensure you complete the returns note and enclose it with your parcel.
Please ensure you request a proof of posting certificate.
Choose from Collect+ parcel drop points in over 3,800 stores across UK and Northern Ireland, most of which are open early til late, 7 days a week, so you can return your items at a time and a place that suits you.
Complete the returns label and attach it to your parcel. Take your parcel to any of the 3,800 stores offering Collect+. You'll receive proof of postage and a code to track your return online.

Returns (Northern Ireland)
Post the item back to us using the freepost label that came with your parcel.
Please ensure you complete the returns note and enclose it with your parcel.

Returns (US)
Returns must be sent back to the US.

Returns (Europe)
Please accept our apologies, but we are unable to accept returns from Europe to our stores. You must return by post to the address specified on the delivery note.
It would help us to offer a better service in future if you could complete the returns note and enclose it with your parcel.
