1. CAN YOU DELIVER TO AN ADDRESS DIFFERENT TO MY BILLING ADDRESS?
Yes, you can specify your preferred delivery address when you place your order.
2. WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We deliver to most postal areas in the UK, and across Europe (see shipping details below), excluding BFPO addresses. Delivery of certain products to the Channel Islands, Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man may not always be possible. We also reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure; for example, to a communal postal address or PO Box. If this affects your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.
3. HOW LONG DOES STANDARD DELIVERY TO THE UK TAKE?
Please allow up to 5 working days for free Standard Delivery (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) from the time you place your order.
4. ARE THERE ANY PLACES WHERE DELIVERY MIGHT TAKE LONGER?
There are a small number of postcodes, usually in remote rural areas, where we cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescale. Delivery to European addresses may take 7 days.
5. WHAT IF I'M NOT IN WHEN YOU DELIVER?
Your order will be delivered anytime between 8am and 9pm depending on the delivery option you have chosen, and a signature will be required on receipt. If you are not around to take delivery of your order, you can contact the carrier directly to rearrange or the carrier will leave a calling card informing you how to rearrange your delivery.
6. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You should be able to track your order within 24 hours of the order despatch email being sent to you.
7. WHAT IS SHIP FROM STORE?
We understand your time is precious so to make finding your Karen Millen items easier we've developed the ship from store concept as part of the Karen Millen Concierge Service. This means that we will always do our best to find your special Karen Millen item for you no matter where it is. We will send you your order within 5 – 7 working days. A Delivery Dispatch email will be sent to you which will include the order tracking. If the item cannot be located in a store you will receive a cancellation notification within 24 hrs and you will not be charged for this item. This service gives you a wider and more convenient access to our range. Only available in the UK. This option is not available for Ireland, Europe and ROW.

STANDARD DELIVERY (FREE)
Deliveries will be made within 5 working days (excluding weekends & Bank holidays) after you place your order.
You will receive an email with order tracking once your order has been despatched.
If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, you will be left a calling card informing you how to rearrange your delivery. Unfortunately you cannot change the delivery address for a redelivery. Orders are generally delivered between 8am and 2pm.
EXPRESS DELIVERY (£3.99)
Deliveries will be made within 3 working days (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) after you place your order.
Your order will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight.
You will receive an email with order tracking once your order has been despatched.
Your order will be delivered anytime between 8am and 3pm and a signature will be required on receipt.
If you are not around to take delivery of your order, you can contact the carrier directly to rearrange or the carrier will leave a calling card informing you how to rearrange your delivery.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY (£5.99)
If you order by 3pm, Monday to Friday and select Next Day Delivery, you will receive your goods the next day. If you order anytime on Saturday or up to midday on Sunday, you will receive your goods on the Monday. Orders placed after midday on a Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday. Any orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be delivered 2 working days later.

CHOOSE DELIVERY DAY (£5.99)
Select your choice of day (except Sundays and Bank Holidays), up to 7 days in advance. Please note that to receive a delivery on a Monday the order must be placed by 3pm on the Friday before. Your order will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight. You will receive an email with order tracking once your order has been despatched. Your order will be delivered anytime between 8am and 3pm and a signature will be required on receipt. If you are not around to take delivery of your order, you can contact the carrier directly to rearrange or the carrier will leave a calling card informing you how to rearrange your delivery.

SAME DAY DELIVERY (£6.99)
Order by midday Monday to Friday to receive your order the same day. Your order will be delivered between 7pm – 10pm. Order by 11am on Saturday or Sunday to receive your delivery between 4pm and 7pm that day. Unfortunately this service is not available on a Bank Holiday. A signature will be required on receipt. If you are not around to take delivery, the goods will be sent back to the warehouse and you will receive a refund, minus the delivery fee.
Delivery restrictions apply. Currently this service is only available to certain postcodes. Please use the postcode lookup to find out if we can deliver to you today.
TOMORROW EVENING DELIVERY (£6.99)
Place your order between midday and midnight Monday to Friday, and we'll deliver it to you the next evening between 7pm - 10pm. Order between 11 am and midnight on Saturday to receive your order between 4-7pm the next day. Order between 11 am and midnight on Sunday to receive your order between 7-10pm the next day. Unfortunately this service is not available on a Bank Holiday. A signature will be required on receipt. If you are not around to take delivery, the goods will be sent back to the warehouse and you will receive a refund, minus the delivery fee. Delivery restrictions apply. 90 MINUTE DELIVERY (£7.99)
Need your item today? Well we can get it to you in 90 minutes. Please enter your postcode in the check out page to see if we can deliver to your address. We will only be able to deliver your special items to a valid UK postcode address. Available for Aberdeen, Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, Edinburgh, Greater London, Glasgow, Leeds, Liverpool and Manchester. This option is not available for Ireland, Europe and ROW.
IRELAND DELIVERY
Delivery to Ireland is €5.99.
Please allow 5 working days for delivery of your order. Signatures are not required for the standard delivery option and you can specify an alternative delivery address to your billing address.
Please accept our apologies, but we are unable to accept returns from Ireland to our stores. You must return by post to the address specified on the delivery note.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Delivery to Europe is €10.
